Forgiveness

Spurred by Hope
To brush Caution aside
He steps forward with the Intention
Of taking Despair to task
Not seeing Folly’s work
Laid in his path; Blindness
Makes him falter, Sympathy
Lends a hand, lest Grief
Visit him, before Faith
Has a chance at Redemption.
