I dreamed last night that you
Loved me…
But on waking,
Reality broke my heart.

Leave you Spellbound
Love is love and everything else is something else
We all feel....but differently!
...within me, around me.
"The silence of the night awakens my soul"
Sometimes, on rare occasions, continents collide.
Living life like there is a tomorrow
Pain goes in, love comes out.
An Exploration Of My Soul
Facing the unknown... one questionable life choice at a time.

different times, different thoughts
There isn't just one side to a story. They outnumber us. Stories and ways to tell them are infinite.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE, ONE STEP AT A TIME
Heartbreakingly beautiful!

Thank you! I had to a wait a while to post this, wondering if it was just emotions talking. But even after quite a while, this still stands true.

Yes, this one is quite similar to a recent one I wrote “on waking”. You and I are truly kindred spirits

I’d imagine in earlier times we might have got on famously as pen pals or such! 😀

Haha. Hadn’t thought of that response, but in hindsight, it fits right in. 🙂

It’s more of a sad aww. I thought I had a crying emoji in there.

Ah, guess it turned invisible. But no matter. So long as you liked the essence of the poem, its fine by me. 🙂

I can feel the heartbreak that bridges the realm of dreams and that of reality.

…at times we wish we could remain in that dream-state and not return to “reality” with a bump! Touching….. !!

Thank you. And that is quite true. Reality is sometimes harsh and unforgiving when compared to our dreams.
Could I request you to request admittance to Manan’s blog, if you haven’t already done so? She’s gone private for personal reasons, but I know she’ll be glad to have you back on board. 🙂

Thank you my friend…I managed to speak to her via an old comment on here on one of my poems and am awaiting instructions…but I thank you for letting me know! 🙂

You’re welcome. But I’ll tell you while you wait. You need to click on her name, Manan Unleashed. It will direct you to a page that asks you to take permission from the author to view their blog. It should be the first one link. Click on that and wait for her to accept you. 🙂
